Warranty terms

 Warranty coverage

  • The carbon fiber frame warranty period is **[5 years/lifetime warranty]**, starting from the date of purchase.

  • Other major components (such as front forks, wheels, transmission systems, brake systems, etc.) enjoy a **[1-2 years]** warranty.

  • Warranty is limited to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, or normal wear and tear.


Warranty conditions

  • Warranty service is limited to the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase.

  • There is no charge for repairs or replacement parts covered by the warranty, and all repairs will be performed by an authorized service center.

  • If parts need to be replaced, the brand reserves the right to replace them with substitute parts of equal or greater value.


Not covered by warranty

  • Damage to carbon fiber frames and components caused by accidents, crashes, impacts or other external forces.

  • Frame surface scratches, dents, paint damage and cosmetic issues caused by environmental factors such as exposure to UV rays, moisture or chemicals.

  • Damage caused by bicycle modifications, unauthorized repairs or installation using improper tools.

  • Natural aging of carbon fiber frames and wear and tear from normal use.


After-sales service

Regular inspection and maintenance

It is recommended that carbon fiber bikes be fully inspected every **[6 months/1 year]**. The inspection content includes frame crack detection, tightness inspection of various components, adjustment of the transmission system and braking system, etc.

Provide professional cleaning services, using special cleaning agents and tools to ensure that the frame and components are not damaged.


Frame damage detection

After experiencing a serious impact or crash, contact the after-sales service center immediately for a frame inspection. We provide professional ultrasonic testing services to ensure the structural integrity of the vehicle frame.


Repair and replacement

If the frame or other major components fail during the warranty period, the after-sales service center will provide free repair or replacement services.


For repairs not covered by the warranty, the after-sales service center will provide paid repairs and provide a reasonable quotation based on the specific damage.

Treatment of accident injuries

For accident damage outside the warranty, we provide paid repair services, including frame crack repair, repainting, and component replacement. All restoration work is performed by certified professional technicians to ensure post-repair safety and performance.


Extended warranty

Extended warranty available, customers can choose to purchase an extended warranty during the original warranty period. Please consult the after-sales service center for specific terms and fees.


Return and Exchange Policy

If the customer is not satisfied with the bike, it can be returned or exchanged within **[7-30 days]** of purchase, provided the bike is unused and in original condition. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase and may be subject to a handling fee.
